Lee is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. With 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he has spent the past seven years focused on overseeing the management and daily operations of 3i. Lee is based in Texas.

Michael is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a BBA in Finance. He brings 16 years of experience in oil and gas services and joined 3i in 2020. Michael works out of 3i’s Cleburne, Texas office and is a big fan of chips and salsa.

Teresa Youngblood brings more than 15 years of experience supporting pipeline inspection projects through strong client relationships, financial coordination, and day-to-day operational support. At 3i Inspecting, she helps ensure projects run smoothly, contracts are aligned, and clients receive consistent, reliable service. She works closely with company leadership, operators, engineering teams, and the sales group to understand client needs, support client retention, and identify new business opportunities aligned with company goals. Teresa is known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to long-term customer relationships. She has completed coursework in Business Management, Employment Law, and Accounting and attended Sam Houston State University.

Trent holds diplomas in Power Engineering and Industrial Occupational Health and Safety Management. He brings 41 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a background spanning safety, operations and maintenance supervision, construction management, and inspection management. He has certifications in CPWI and AAMP. Trent is based in Colorado.

Ray McPeak joined 3i in April 2023 in a business development role. He brings over 25 years of experience in the oil, gas, and construction industries, with a strong focus on project leadership, project and construction management, and inspection. Ray has extensive experience leading projects with diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. He holds multiple industry certifications, including OSHA and API credentials, and earned a technical degree in Electrical Technology from Cecil College. Ray resides in North Carolina and, when not working, can often be found on the farm.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. She has three years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a specialization in energetics, and joined 3i in 2025. Emily is based in Texas, and her favorite food is tacos.

Steve is a knowledgeable safety professional with over 20 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and pipeline construction. He has an extensive background in pipeline and facility inspections. Steve is an expert in OSHA standards and DOT regulations (49 CFR Parts 192 & 195). He holds OSHA 500, CSST, CSSM, CSSS, and NACE certifications. Proven experience in accident investigation, case management, regulatory documentation, and contractor compliance using ISNetworld and Veriforce. He also has over 20 years of experience managing and evaluating Operator Qualification programs.
